After graduating in 2010 from Norwich University of the Arts with a BA (hons) in Visual Studies and MA in Communication Design I began to explore clay as a medium and eventually set up a small studio in my Norfolk garden, teaching myself in between looking after my young children.

Several years, another baby and a move across the country later, my fascination with the alchemical properties of clay hasn’t dimmed and I now work from my Dorset studio making strong, considered forms - sometimes functional, sometimes sculptural - and nearly always in clay. I also teach weekly pottery classes and am available for 1:1 sessions and workshops.

Occupational Therapy

As well as being a maker I am a UK registered Occupational Therapist and have developed courses and classes that empower and support other practitioners who wish to use clay in their therapeutic practice.

I also support students with different needs, including Alzheimer’s disease and Arthritis, in my classes.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss my work.
